This is a beautiful organic pure linen(120c) handwoven saree with digital Kalamkari print.

The saree features colorful kalamkari floral leafy vines on the body and a solid zari weave border with slight contrasting color touch. The huge enchanting peacock motifs with floral vines are on the pallu. The pallu edges are beautified with adorable tassels. This comes with a contrasting color blouse piece with a zari border.

Kalamkari is a type of hand-painted or block-printed cotton textile produced in Isfahan, Iran, and in the Indian state of Andra Pradesh. Only natural dyes are used in Kalamkari, which involves twenty-three steps. Kalamkari specifically depicts epics such as the Ramayana or Mahabharata. In recent times, many aesthetically good figures such as musical instruments, small animals, flowers, Buddha, and a few Hindu symbols are also been introduced to Kalamkari.
