This is a summerish and breezy pure cotton saree, available in pure white color and various pastel shades with classic dhakai jamdani weave.
Saree features a cheerfully floral design in dhakai jamdani weave which is in gold and white color in the border, lotus design in gold with leaves in white is intricately woven in the pallu. It is flourished with flowers all over the body of the saree.
This is completely handwoven, this pure cotton is not stiff it is very comfortable and easy to maintain sarees.
Dhakai Jamdani is one of the most laborious forms of handloom weaves, it’s no surprise that it is considered to be one of the most prized fabrics in the world. Jamdani weaving is time-consuming and labor-intensive because of the richness of its motifs, which are created directly on the loom.
Depending on the elegance of the dhakai jamdani weave design and pattern it can take from 5 to 7 days to complete the weave. It can be dyed into any shade of your choice.
